Google user data is used only to provide user-facing features inside EduFleet, such as email communication monitoring, reporting, application-related message tracking, and operational communication support for visa application processing.

EduFleet does not use Google user data for advertising purposes. EduFleet does not sell Google user data. EduFleet does not transfer Google user data to third parties except where necessary to provide or improve the application features, comply with applicable law, or protect users and our services.

8. Google User Data Retention and Deletion

We retain Google user data only for as long as necessary to provide the requested application features, comply with operational requirements, or meet legal, audit, security, and fraud-prevention obligations.

Google user data is not retained longer than required for the purpose for which it was collected. When Google user data is no longer required, we delete it from our active systems within a reasonable time, subject to legal, security, audit, and legitimate business retention requirements.

Users may request deletion of their Google user data at any time by contacting us at info@edufleetimmigration.com.

After receiving a valid deletion request, we will review and delete the user's Google data from our active systems within a reasonable time, unless retention is required by law, security, fraud prevention, audit, dispute resolution, or legitimate business obligations.

If a user disconnects their Google account or revokes EduFleet app access from their Google Account permissions page, EduFleet will stop accessing new Google user data from that account.
